How can an 'armed perp' be fearful when they wear suicide vests , or intentionally fly airplanes into buildings ?
I thought the real purpose of terrorism was to have people change their pattern of behavior(ie:DHS,NSA,militarized police,ICE,etc.). It's not that that has happened here , right ? /s
