stay as far away from the cops as you can Agreed. I would rather encounter a gang banger thug than a cop. At least with the gang banger I know where he is coming from and I can defend myself. A cop can beat the crap out of you for looking at them sideways then charge you with assault and resisting. That said, I personally know some LEO that are stand up guys, but otherwise you just never know.

this will be made a big deal because the guy was black, but this type of behavior from the cops happens all the time....and even when its filmed, they still deny...
a cop is a public SERVANT....he works for US...we pay him...there is no reason in the world for the citizens to have to bow down to these guys....
