Hey RNC, how about dropping ABC and CBS from your list also.

And while you're at it, how about dropping open primaries, where the likes of McCain and Romney are made to be frontrunners.

I'm glad the RNC told NBC and CNN off, but I wish that they had done so for the realreason to disenfranchise them: not because of a pro-Hillary movie, which is way too obvious, but because they are simply too "in-the-bag" for Dems and will not fairly cover the Repub primaries.

I hate to have to give a standing ovation for such a small correct action. But they are so few and far between i will at least applaud.

The DNC will now boycott Fox and in return the RNC will fold.

Republican primary debates and Presidential debates on FOX and C-SPAN. Moderators should include Brian Lamb, founder of C-SPAN, Rush, Bill O’Reilly, and Mark Levin. Just my $.02.

I understand they are considering Limbaugh, beck or Levin for debate moderator.

I think each one should moderate one of the three debates.

What? The RNC suddenly manned up? About 9 months too late.

You mean 9 YEARS too late! They've been RINOing it up it since the days Bush was in office.

how many voters watch the republican party internal squabbles called pre-primary debates? what the GOP really needs to do is suggest that the GOP presidential nominee will not participate in any presidential debate hosted by representatives from such liberal propaganda machines as NPR, CNN, CBS etc., even if it means an empty chair. then they should demand of the FCC equal time for the GOP candidate to answer questions hosted by Glen Beck or Newt Gingrich.

IMHO there should be no debates between candidates of the same political party, it is counter-productive, and it certainly doesn’t help the guy who ultimately gets the nomination.

I wholeheartedly agree! All it does is give the opposing party free ammunition.

Good point. Also, I suspect read about the debates in the papers/online the next day and this really does nothing to stop the liberal pundits from putting a toxic spin on all things said by any Republican. I think there should not be primary debates. Let each candidate campaign singly.

Count me in on that one too. The repubs gave the obamedia wayyyy too many free helpings of sound bites every time they stepped to the podium for those debates. The propagandists are going to oppose them anyway, so why not at least make them work for it?

One exception to that might be... IF the primary process would be bunched into two or three "Super Tuesdays," then the top two or three delegate holders could face off prior to the final "Super Tuesday."

Though I’m not a big fan of Bill O’Reilly, he will ask probing, no-nonsense questions of all of them, so he’d be a good pick. And I agree with you on all the others as well. Brit Hume might be another good one as well.

The will still host the democrat candidates debates, with bias towards the most liberal.

Then they will accuse the republican candidates, of being cowards, not caring about the country, afraid of new liberal ideas...et al
