Can’t seem to put my finger on the reason why, but it seems that all members of this family have always been misunderestimated?
Never knew that. But she wouldn't be the only former 'Rat who became a Republican somewhere along the way. Millions have made that journey, most for very substantive reasons, others merely for expediency.

I am always intrigued at how the children of politicians can become CEOs when they’ve never held a job. Even more befuddling is how the people that work under them can have any respect for their position or wisdom. It would be interesting to witness a few board meetings in these organizations. I have a feeling that everyone there must be on a legacy gift appointment and the place is run like a junior prom committee.
No one who works for her respects her. How could they?

Remember the Reagan children? Patti Davis was a constant embarassment to her dad and Ronnie Jr. couldn’t seem to find a job that worked for him until he discovered he could be a media darling by making public statements to advance the cause of his father’s enemies.
Putting your kids over a sham non profit is a way to shelter your cash. They draw a salary and you get the tax deduction..
