I lived in Bremerton, WA for 15 years. My wife grew up in West Seattle and lived there from 1955 until we came home to my home in Alabama in 2006. I am VERY aware of Seattle and the streets there. We worked in downtown. We came across Puget Sound every day. Seattle’s streets are not as safe as you might think. We were there during those WTO riots years ago and that was NO fun trying to get to work through all those riots.
