Annie the Trannie has been conspicuously contemptible in her denial of the eligibility issue.

Her motivation for who to support seems to stem from who will invite her to the best parties.

This is what confuses me.

Why was Obama not subject to the same checks, although Nancy Pelosi entered him as their official candidate twice, with a correction to the “first” nomination paperwork?

Ted Cruz’s background seems to make him ineligible, although he could be Attorney General. My top pick, but maybe he’s destined for something else.

Cruz was born in a foreign country and only one of his parents was a US citizen. Of course there are problems, and anyone who claims there aren't problems is seriously misinformed.

He's doing fine where he is. There are many capacities in which he can serve this country. The office of President may not be one of them. Several times in the past, I've outlined one, just one, scenario wherein Ted Cruz could be deemed eligible. There are some “ifs” involved:

- If Ted Cruz’ father is found to have thrown off his allegiance to pre-Revolutionary Cuba, by taking up arms against it and ultimately expatriating, then there can be no foreign claims of sovereignty upon Ted Cruz at birth paternally.

- If Canada made no jus soli claims of sovereignty upon Ted Cruz at birth due to his having been born under Canadian jurisdiction, then there can be no foreign claims of sovereignty upon Ted Cruz at birth as a result of having been born outside US jurisdiction.

If it is found that these two “ifs” resolve favorably for Ted Cruz, then he is eligible.

If not, then he's not.

The English common law at the time of the signing of the Constitution would have held that Cruz is a "natural-born" citizen. His father had renounced allegiance to Cuba and was seeking American citizenship.

The point was loyalty -- not a document.

Cruz isn’t eligible.

He’s doing a good job where he is. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken.

She’s such a coward for holding Cruz to a higher standard than Obama. After the election, I realized how how establishment she really is.

Ted Cruz is more qualified than the current President.

Of course he's not a "Natural Born citizen."

He was born in a foreign country.

His mother "passed" her "citizenship" on to him because of 1 (one) reason.

The particular Congressional statute that existed at the time of his birth, stipulating the specitics in which he could inherit his mother's U.S. citizenship while in a foreign land and under a foreign jurisdiction.

Congressional statute.

Since Congress does not have the Constitutional power to write laws on who may be a "Natural Born citizen", he's not one.

Congress does, however, have the power (and only the power) of naturalization. It's in the Constitution.

Foreign born Cruz is a naturalized U.S. citizen.

Without that Congressinoal law, he isn't even a U.S. citizen at birth.

Foreign born Cruz is clearly not eligible.

Conservatives who promote inelligible Cruz for the Presidency, are trying to subvert the Constitutional requirement for the office and are litterally no better than the progressives and RINO's who pushed the ineligible usurping Obama on the country.

Country and Constitution 1st.
Party politics 2nd.

Well the girl(?) was snuggled up to Chrispy Cream and where was that semi-dem Christy?

I’ve gotta take lots from her with a big grain of salt.

Did she ever say anything about Obama? I never read a word about him, from her.
She is a useless RINO hack now anyway. Go write a liberal book, Coulter.
