A top concern for veterans, especially those attending the Disabled American Veterans' national convention Saturday in Orlando, Fla., is the backlog in disability claims for ex-service members who became ill or were wounded as a result of military service.
The backlog ballooned under Obama but recently has begun to dip due to mandatory overtime for claims processors and use of a new computer system.
