Leathers contradicts Weiner’s timeline of sexting

Anthony Weiner’s sext buddy Sydney Leathers says that the former congressman and would-be mayor of New York contacted her “as recently as April 12,” contradicting Weiner’s account of the timeline.

Leathers made the allegation in a post she wrote on xoJane, in which she tells her “10 secrets for seducing a politician,” just “in case,” she writes, “anyone wants to be as stupid as I was.”

“Anthony says he hasn’t been cheating on Huma for six months,” she writes. “Wrong. He last contacted me as recently as April 12. Straight up lies.”

Leathers went public with the existence of her graphic conversations with Weiner last month. Since then, she has worked to keep herself, and her body, in the national spotlight, posing for a photo shoot in her bathing suit for the New York Post, and releasing a porno earlier this week.

Leathers isn’t the one running for Mayor. And no matter how ugly or slutty she might be, it doesn’t excuse Carlos Danger's disgusting, compulsive behavior, and it definitely doesn’t make him any less of a pervert. After all, she’s not the only one witnessing his proclivities online, as according to him there is a list of online women in his life.

The electorate should never grant Weiner any position of authority. He’s thoroughly unrepentant, morbidly obsessed by anonymous and deviant sex, and his incurable and uncontrollable urges are consistently on display.

I can’t imagine having a Mayor whose constant phallic worshiping addiction knows no boundaries and is willing to put everything on the line to satisfy himself and his abnormal urges. This instability makes him unreliable, and as a politician, the public interest of the citizens should be at the forefront of his concerns.

I think New York City deserves better, no matter how liberal most New Yorkers are politically.
