Weiner himself had said that there could be new revelations, and there were. This too is part of Clinton playbook, so that as new things come out, Weiner can say it’s old news, and he wants to focus on Nrw Yorkers and their issues, yadda, yadda, yadda. Bill used to do that, calling any scandal old news, or Hillary attributing allegations to a right wing conspiracy.
I’ve never heard the MSM nail Hillary on the right wing conspiracy thing. She made those comments as the Lewinsky scandal was breaking. But that particular scandal and allegations turned out to be true!! Was it really a right wing conspiracy when the left wing media reported a story which turned out to be true? But Hillary has never been nailed and won’t ever be.

The only difference between Bill Clinton’s and Anthony Weiner’s sex scandals is that they’re being covered differently by the media.
When Bill Clinton’s activities — sex in the Oval Office, a credible rape revelation, lying under oath — were exposed, the media protected Clinton with its never-ending mantra, ‘’It’s only about sex. It’s only about sex. Move on, everyone.’’ And the problem went away.
Anthony Weiner is an angel compared to Bill Clinton. Anthony Weiner never touched anyone, much less been credibly accused of rape. He did nothing to disgrace a public site like the Oval Office. And he never broke the law by committing perjury.
But the media does not want to help Anthony Weiner, as it did Bill Clinton, by repeatedly reminding everyone that It’s Only About Sex and We Must Move On.
Maybe he was texting from a GF's apt. somewhere.
