MARK LEVIN: Glenn Beck sent me a nice note the other day…
The Right Scoop ^ | August 5, 2013

Mark Levin said that he got a nice note from Glenn Beck the other day and called it an “absolute class act”. He went on to say: “I think it’s long over due that Glenn Beck and I do what we can in our own roles to help save the country and restore the Republic.”

Did he not put his ‘friend’ ahead of America? Yup he did. Did he make wxcuses for his ‘friend’ while his ‘friend’ pushed the lib agenda farther than ever? Yup he did. You wanna dent that?

No? Because it’s true?

Tell me exactly what great american patriot/founder did that in our history. Here’s a hint. If they had, there would BE no America today. So Levin has NO excuse. And neither does his fanclub.

Mark is the president of Landmark Legal Foundation, that does wonderful work fighting for the preservation of the Constitution and against the forces that want it destroyed. The man is up to his eyeballs fighting for you and me and conservatism... Don’t trust? You don’t know! Go do a little research, put yourself a ease.

Sure he does good occasionally. But on the most important issue of our time, he backed his buddy over his country. Thats the fact. He refused to call Rubio out. He let Rubio spew and spew.

Now if that’s a patriot or even an ‘average American’ we are in deep crap. Pissed? Damn right I am. Because you cannot deny what we all say and hundreds of threads bitched about. For all his tough talk, when the chips were down, who did he defend? Rubio. Who was most important? His friend Rubio. And the GOP rode it to the bank.

I know who he is. I also say him hand immigration to Obama on a platter. AGAIN...where was he to stop his ‘friend’? Making excuse after excuse for him. And I DGIF what foundation he runs or what else he does.

Rip Bhoner and let Rubio push the agenda. That used to be called bait and switch before conservatives started getting starstruck.

I asked the same question, once here. Got a reply that Beck had used Mark’s book quotes without attribution and took credit. I just don’t remember it all from Beck’s show.

Levin has had some pretty unfriendly things to say about Rubio.

I used to like Beck, never loved him. I never liked Levin.
In both cases the personality gets in the way of the message.
Still, it’s a great message and I hope more people get it.

“Beck always hypes rather than drops any hammers”

Boy that is right out of the Saul Alinsky play book.

I watched GB every night when he was on FOX and subscribed to his internet show.

Of course he has to hype as the rest of the media, and some here on FR love to ridicule him HOWEVER he has brought the hammer down many times: ACORN, Van Jones, Anita Dunn, Soros, Valerie Jarrett, Ovomit of course, many others...

From the time he had his show on FOX he brought to light the evil in our government way more than any other network.

It is no wonder Conservatives have such a hard time getting traction in American politics as too many of us eat our own if they don’t walk lockstep with EVERYTHING we believe.

So who was doing the Alynski thing when Glen repeatedly promised literal country ending revelations and then didn’t deliver...only said ‘tune in next whatever when I’ll reveal...” and then revealing NADA? And pretending he never had anything to begin with? Just POOF! nevermind...

Was it me making him do that? Yes or no please. Was it me making crap up or was it Beck making crap up resulting in his personal enrichment at the expense of stringing his listeners along? And USING the problems of America to profit from?

I don’t begrudge him his buck. But I do when it comes at our expense as a country. And that is what his boy crying wolf routine does. Not sorry if reality upsets you but it is indeed what is happening here.

Yea but which message? The one about fighting for traditional American values or the “World is gonna end with the coming revelation...tune in next week” BS / or / My “Friend” is a true conservative” as he rams the furthest left policy ever down the country’

Jimmy Swaggart, Jim Baker and Oral Roberts has some great messages too. In between their ‘Jesus gonna take me home via the theme park and I HAVE SINNED!” bullsqueeze.

Levin and Beck, among others, have become the 80s televangelists of today. We can’t trust them either.

In God I trust. Everybody else is on probation.

As to message, Beck’s best is in warning America about progressivism and the background/connections of the political class. Levin’s forte is the Constitution, which is practically in tatters now.

We need both. We need to understand what’s wrong, and be reminded what’s right. Both Beck and Levin, when they’re good, are very very good...

Beck a few years ago was the bashing callers on his show for their suspect and view against the Patriot Act.

Glenn has a odd habit of copying stuff or more so a chameleon ability to copy current outrage from other talk show hosts and reinvent it into his view as if it was his idea or started with him.

Glenn reinvented into Alex without the truther stuff.

These guys are so close regarding public policy and the future direction of our country, it's about time they formed an alliance, like Dwight and Jim on The Office.

But seriously, this is great news. I respect both men tremendously.

They also both churn out about a book a week. Wonder if they really write them?

I have given up on most promoters of conservative causes, individuals or advocacy groups. When you sign up with one of these (often suckered in by signing a petition they claim will actually accomplish something), all they do is send you letters asking for more money. We only give money to our church, some dog rescue groups I support, and the Institute for Justice. IJ actually does things to turn back big government The rest are all hat and no cattle.
