On the eve of his military trial, accused Fort Hood shooter Major Nidal Hasan has released to Fox News two pages of the “Full Report of Sanity Board, US v. MAJ Nidal M. Hasan.” The military “Sanity Board” determines whether an individual is mentally responsible for his actions.
Described as a “forensic evaluation,” the exam was conducted by a three-member panel. It took place at Bell County Jail in Belton, Texas on December 7-9, 2010, more than a year after the massacre at the military base.
Based on the excerpt, a full report dated January 13, 2011, was released to the defense, but only a summary to the prosecution.The 42 year-old Army major is now facing 13 counts of murder, and 32 counts of attempted murder from the November 5, 2009 attack.
Attorney John Galligan, who is handling civil matters for Hasan, confirmed the authenticity of the documents, and that they were specifically released to Fox News.
“Major Hasan has directed me to release the attached portions of the Sanity Board report prepared in his case,” Galligan said. “… He reserves the right to release it to other news media outlets, but has not done so at this time.”
The documents released to Fox News (page 1 and parts of page 25)are part of a 49-page report marked “private and confidential.”

Two things are no-doubters. This man understood the consequences of his actions and was legally sane. And, this was a deliberate act of terrorism and Hassan wants us to know that.
This administration has done a lot of despicable things, but withholding the victims' act of terrorism benefits is among the worst.

It all started there. He not only worked with them as community organizer, but represented them in state legislature.

But not quite the same. Hassan is releasing this. I think he wants everyone to know it was terrorism.
He wants credit for what he sees as Mission Accomplished. Making him look insane discredits him in his mind I bet.
what a joke this is. “head in the sand” does not fully describe this country. Here is what I think. This is a religious war-— islam against Christians (and jews). You had better get ready. I counsel Church leaders about reality. One threw up at the awesome responsibility to protect congregations and children of the Church. I told them that if the government continues in denial, so they don’t have to round up these godless murders ( WTC, Hassan,Boston,on and on) Then you need layers of gun defense up to AR15—AK47 from first level max clip semi auto pistols and 5 trained marine types ready to rumble at all service function. There should be fourteen murder counts. One of the soldiers he shot and killed was with child.
