I don’t watch CBS.
Still, it irritates me that TWC isn’t providing 3 channels that are part of my package, but they’re charging me the same monthly fee.
The way I see it, you don’t deliver what you promised, you cut me a deal on the price. I don’t care WHY you didn’t deliver. That’s not my problem. I’m the customer. Not your negotiating partner.

It’s CBS who is withholding it’s programming in a dispute over much higher fees that CBS is demanding.
TWC didn’t drop the channels - the channels dropped them.
Since posting this I’ve received an email from TWC saying they are going to credit customers for the days they are without the channels. So ... apparently my complaint was either unwarranted ... or TWC got enough complaints like mine that they corrected themselves.
