The state of Hawaii has a brilliant plan to rid itself of homeless tramps while saving millions.
How will they achieve this?
By deporting the homeless back to the continental U.S.
The “return to home” program is set to launch this fiscal year — the state will purchase one-way plane tickets, and eventually even beds on cruise ships, to send homeless people back to their families in other regions of the country, reports MSN News.

Illegals are like strays. They’ll stay as long as you feed and care for them. As for the homeless, they’ll use the tickets for vacations, but they will be back. Many of them are far from penniless. The Sarasota paper hired a privet detective. He found that many had retirement incomes. They just didn’t want to be tied to a house. When the weather was stormy, they got motel rooms.

Hawaii hands out gub’mint freebies like candy. A giant wefare state. It’s like feeding the bears. Stop issueing out welfare programs and the beach critters will figure out a way to move on.
Most homeless in Hawaii have family in Hawaii and choose that lifestyle. And the homeless who are from somewhere else have probably learned to like living in the state.
