Pics of this girl remind me of my new pet peeve.
I’m 40. I played college sports, but not division 1. I’m not my skinniest, but I have been in the same 12 pound range since college.
I went to a trendy young person bar in Atlanta with my wife and another couple recently.
I was shocked and disgusted by the percentage of young women who were overweight and flaunting it. I don’t mean a little drinking pudge. I mean, let’s drink ourselves silly, then get 10 gordita supremes 5 times a week.
I wonder if it is because so much “dating” is virtual and limited to text and FaceTime.
The guys at the bar were the way I remember in terms of distribution among muscular, thin, fat, pudgy.
But the young girls were scary. Now that I have noticed it, I see it everywhere. In fact, I took my daughter to a swim meet, and there were nearly obese teenage swimmer girls. Swimmers!
This Leathers girl is clearly in the new demographic. Young, big and proud.
Take a lot of hormones to stave of pregnancy and get heavy?
I suspect it's because they've drunk the kool-aid that women are almost the same as men with the exception of a few unimportant body parts.
Therefore they eat man-sized meals in woman-sized frames.
Wouldn't want to feel inferior by doing anything less than a man, even something biological laws say you shouldn't do such as eating as much. Liberalism triumphs biology.
Just a thought I've had in the past.
"Flaunting" is the operative word. When I was in college, the fat chicks knew how to make themselves look attractive with the way they dressed and groomed themselves. Now they go out in public with their multi-mega-muffin tops oozing out between their tight fitting stretch pants and tops. (Don't these women own mirrors?!)
