0bama didn’t even ask Libya for clearance to fly into their airspace. That alone is dereliction of duty as CIC. It’s one thing not to actually fly into another country’s airspace, but to not even ASK FOR CLEARANCE is a sign of complete and total ‘brain AWOL’ on his part. Was he stoned and incapacitated that night? Possibly.
