More than 120 people are believed to have been killed at a protest in support of Egypt's ousted President Mohammed Morsi, according to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Security forces are reported to have started shooting demonstrators shortly before pre-dawn morning prayers at a round-the-clock vigil in Cairo being staged by backers of Morsi, who was removed from power by the army three weeks ago.
Makeshift field hospitals around the area near the Rabaa al-Adawiya mosque were overwhelmed, with one doctor telling the BBC that more than 1,000 had been injured.

Nasser learned that lesson well, and while recovering made a lifetime commitment to strangle the Muslim Brotherhood.
Sadat didn't learn so well, but Mubarek tried to strengthen Nasser's policy.
However the traditional successful control of the MB consisted of several Arab leaders killing tens of thousands of them in nations all over the Middle East.

the lower classes started going islamic dress at least 20 years ago
the middle and upper class Egyptians were contemptuous of it and saw it as a political statement by the poor and the rebellious to look pious and rebuke “the system” from which the poor felt disenfranchised

Morsi needs to if he hasn’t already done so ship his two sons who were born in the USA back to he USA where with all the Muslims now in the this Nation the boys could/would be elected POTUSA because they were born in the USA. That is according to some people who only count place of birth as to eligibility.
