The Bushs were very much in tune with Saudi Arabia and Islam. I never did grasp the full meaning of Bush1’s comment that we were into a ‘new world order’ although now I believe I do have better perspective. Nothing in my thinking tells me Bush was thinking of strengthening the Founders Constitution. He might have some hopes about the English Crown because of lineage.
