Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio warned in an op-ed on Thursday that there is “mounting evidence” Obamacare creates more problems than it solves and he called on lawmakers to stop the “disastrous” law from taking effect. “It is time to admit that Obamacare isn't going to work, decide not to waste a single cent more on it, and replace it with market-based reforms that will give people more health insurance choices and options,”
Rubio penned on the Fox News website. “It's still not too late. This September may be our last best chance to do anything about this disastrous law.” He accused President Barack Obama of not listening to the American people. “Instead of giving more speeches, .........
The first-term senator said that “we still have time to do something about this,” pointing to an upcoming September deadline for Congress to pass a short-term spending bill to fund the federal government. “We should pass one that keeps the government open, but doesn't waste any more money on Obamacare,” according to Rubio, who said that the president and his allies, including some Republicans will accuse him of threatening to shut down the government. “In fact, it is President Obama who insists on shutting down the government unless it funds his failed Obamacare experiment,” said Rubio.

Do you think that Rubio got hoodwinked by McCain and Graham? I also wonder if he thought that because his parents came here from Cuba and worked hard -and let’s face it - he turned out rather well (except for being a part of the gang of 8) so, maybe, just maybe he thinks other illegals compare to his own parents. Just a thought.......and I could be way off base.
Maybe the stupids in the Senate convinced him that being a part of the amnesty bill would make him more popular and a front runner for the 2016 presidential election. And, maybe they used him because they convinced him that the GOP could win the Hispanic vote by him being the poster child.
Of course, these are just hypothetical, and he could really believe that this was good for America. If so, then he’s dumber than a box of rocks!

If you look closely at what is exactly in the Senate bill , and then what Rubio when out of his way to claim was in that bill, then there is no other conclusion to make then that Rubio is outright deceitful.
He was the key for Dems in passing it in Senate.
How can he possibly claim to know what is in it?

Maybe he is deceitful, and maybe, like most of the Congress Critters - he didn’t even read that mammoth bill. All of them have their aides read the bills for them and just get a synopsis of what they contain.
What the heck are we paying them for if they can’t even read and write the bills they shove down our throats?
Rubio? Going against obamacare? Must have some detrimental effect to illegal amnesty. That’s the only thing I can think of that would pry rubio’s lips off of obama’s and mc cain’s asses.
Why is the MSM giving the impression that Rubio is the only Republican doing anything? They cover everything he says so it’s impossible to miss seeing his name for even a day. I suspect that other Republicans do and say things that are just as newsworthy. I believe the MSM wants Rubio to stay and possibly to be the next RINO presidential candidate.
Rubio decided to put on his Conservative suit, and found it’s about 6 sizes too big.
