FWIW it looks like the guy was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the 3rd degree in 1991. It appears this charge comes from sexual battery with a component of force or coersion or mental defect on the part of the victim. This conviction does not indicate that the victim is a minor.
Judging by the murder victim’s past offenses and the picture of the murderer in all his skinhead glory I think there is more to this case.
