I think even if the law were undone....the consequences have already done the damage. Whichever Republican President is elected in 2016....is likely there for four years, and replaced by a Democratic President who will promise ObamaCare version 2.0. The destruction of what we had as regular expected coverage....will tempt everyone to revisit this episode because everyone lost something that they valued.
