Say what you will about representatives of the Democratic [sic] party, you've got to admit they're at once consistent, insistent, and persistent.

Other than that, they're beneath loathsome.

Anthony Wiener’s behavior and values are perfectly consistent with those of the Democratic primary. It will suprise very few political observers if he wins the Democratic primary although he has very tough competition from a lesbian radical. What’s more he will have an excellent chance of winning the general election in New York City. Most people in New York, as in most American urban areas, have succumbed to the allure of the low life. Widespread drug use, fornication, abortion, agnostocism homosexuality, pornography, loss of the work ethic, and the expectation of endless entitlements have been embraced by a majority of voters. Actually it would not be so strange to have Wiener as mayor of modern day decadent New York.

The message to me is that he has influence at Politico.

Always suspected it, but this confirms it.

He might make a decent mayor though. He’s no Lindsay, is he?

It is painfully obvious that Anthony Weiner is a disgusting human being. His apparently well-received attempt to secure the New York City Democrat mayoral nomination, which is tantamount to being elected in that city, would be shocking, were we not living in 2013 and seen the U.S. president (Bill Clinton) drag the concept of indecent behavior down to gutter level, where it has remained - for Democrat politicians.

Not so, Republicans. When involved in any kind of 'sex scandal' they are expected to immediately resign and remain out of contention for almost any 'public service' position, elected or appointed, for life. Granted, former S.C. governor and now, Congressman Mark Sanford is an exception but he serves to underscore the 'rule'.

As many Freepers have stated, Manhattan pretty much deserves Anthony Weiner and if the little perv is elected mayor, it will prove that the concept of shame has completely died in Democrat precincts.

She’s proven she’s qualified to work at POLITICO.
Then she can move up to a media job that’ll actually pay her for whoring for the Dems.

This raises the question of the connection between Politico and Democratic politicians. If it is true that he could have gotten her a job at Politico, what does that say about the ethics of Politico?
