The Obama appointee implicated in congressional testimony in the IRS targeting scandal met with President Obama in the White House two days before offering his colleagues a new set of advice on how to scrutinize tea party and conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status.
IRS chief counsel William Wilkins, who was named in House Oversight testimony by retiring IRS agent Carter Hull as one of his supervisors in the improper targeting of conservative groups, met with Obama in the Roosevelt Room of the White House on April 23, 2012. Wilkins’ boss, then-IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman, met with Obama on April 24, 2012, according to White House visitor logs.

The most recent one to try and be a Woodward or Berstein died in a firey car incident in LA. The engine and transmission of his Mecedes were blown 100 yards away from the car which burnted up. FBI were immediately on the scene ... to make sure the incident ended his try at being a Woodward or Berstein?
This assumes he wrote it instantaneously. I personally suspect he wrote a draft or three over the course of the two days after he met with the one. Two days would be about right to get it all polished up after he got his marching orders.
It’s really time to stop asking that question. I’s time to stop being befuddled by the GOPe. The government is our enemy. The GOP is part of the government. There’s no reason to think that they’ll do anything other than what they’re doing. Individual members who are on our side will be put in place or replaced by the GOPe.
