A couple of DUmbs who posted at the Gazette still say the 10th is not the election date even though the DP said, I quote, "Gov. John Hickenlooper shortly after the decision announced the recalls elections will be held September 10th".

One DU twit said Hickenlooper will wait some more for the CO Supreme Court, and that date on Sept 10th is the date that he will set the election dates on. LoL.

So Hickyloopy, according to this and that DUmmie, needs to set a calender date to set the real election dates!?

The Dems are such dishonest clowns.

From the Pueblo Chieftain,

“Citing previous court decisions, he said that a replacement election is inferred in the word “recall.” [which I said a couple of time here :-0) ]

Hyatt also said “the meter begins running now” in terms of the recall calendar, meaning Gov. John Hickenlooper must set election dates.

Hyatt’s ruling took 40 minutes to read. He acknowledged that his decision may be appealed.

Victor Head, one of the recall organizers, said he didn’t see how Hyatt could have ruled otherwise.

“I know the other side may appeal this to the (Colorado) Supreme Court, but hopefully we’ll be done soon with lawyers and can get on with the election,” he said.” “

The ruling judge Hyatt was appointed by a Dem so it must butt hurt the Dems even more. No doubt the DUmbs are going to push this to the State Supreme Court where I believe they have even a lesser chance to win there.

Good points, Red Steel. And “butt hurts” is funny, too. LOL

Eli Stokols from KDRV Denver tweeted -

“Hick signs exec order: recall elections will take place on Sept. 10 for both @SenJohnMorse and @SenGiron. #COpolitics #COleg 2:33 PM - 18 Jul 2013”

Payback’s a bitch, Morse, so bend over and smile!

It was time that the non-leftist people of Colorado got down to action.

Now, make him pay!

I guess the Left didn’t shop for the right judge this time. I’ll bet they keep on trying, though.

"2013 recall
Members of the El Paso Freedom Defense Committee started a recall effort in response to some Colorado citizens' concerns that Morse did not represent his constituents well by admitting on The Rachel Maddow Show to willfully ignoring their emails and, in their opinion, violating the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution.[41]"

"After working briefly as a Certified Public Accountant, Morse began to pursue a career in public affairs, earning first an MBA from Regis University[4] in 1984, then a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 1996 and a Ph.D. in public affairs from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2001.[1]

While pursuing advanced degrees, Morse worked for the Colorado Springs Police Department, advancing to the rank of Sergeant.[4] After nine years in Colorado Springs, Morse joined the police staff in Fountain, Colorado, just south of Colorado Springs. In October 2002, he became acting police chief and was appointed as the permanent police chief in February 2003.[6] He held the chief of police position until November 2003, just nine months later.[7] In 2004, Morse became the President and CEO of Silver Key Senior Services, a Colorado Springs-based non-profit.[4]

Judging from the sentement of his "constituents", I'd guess this ladder-climbing L.I.F.E.R. R.E.M.F. pudgey-jowelled, ivory-tower Bolschevik P.O.S. has left more than his share of knife wounds in the backs of those he's climbed over throughout his administrative "career".

Payback time.

>>Chickenpooper will not be influenced by law or will of the people.

Nah, he’s too busy installing a Halliburton tap down at his “brewery” for the further stupefication of his McStituents.

By the time his merry band of Useful Idiots are done recreating ‘68, and pissing on the landscape, a bottle of water will be liquid Gold.
