Forced or coerced to sign an NDA after the fact under duress or threat of livelihood. I doubt that NDA could stand up. Maybe they should take the NDAs to a congressional hearing on Bengazi and let the committee chairman decide.
And they could admit they signed under duress while under oath. Congressional subpoenas trump NDAs. Otherwise everybody in the IRS would be waving NDAs at Issa.
Now we need to find out who threatened them to get them to sign these NDA’s. And who lied about the Marine guy being retired...
And the question every reasonable person is asking is this: WHY ARE THEY COMMITTING SO MANY CRIMES TO COVER WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN BENGHAZI???
