I don't take it this way, longfellow.
I think that GZ wanted, like most cops, to "protect and serve".
IMHO. He saw that the condos where he lived were being burgled and at least one home invasion had occurred where the terrified mother hid in a closet with her infant.
I really do think he wants to "protect and serve".

"MSNBC is fanning the hate as well with these pics." Exactly. The caption for the photo blatantly reads..."GET ANGRY".
It is so unbelievably disrespectful of this young man. We don't know who Martin was but if you look at his parents, I seriously doubt he would want the jerks at MSNBC or Gawker speaking for him after death...NO WORDS CAN DESCRIBE HOW LOW THESE PEOPLE ARE.
