The reports back to DC from Sanford, FL must be that a pretty quick verdict is expected...so instead of a “new” DHS chief an underling is temporary in charge for the Zimmerman riot fiascos to come.
Big Sis is out of the picture and a Deputy Assistsnt Blah, Blah, Blah falls on the sword and the absolute “need” for Martial Law is determined.
I have no idea how accurate that hypothesis is but I give it bonus points for being intriguing.
