Which new ride? The beauty or the beast? My need for AWD for Colorado winters really limited my choices. For the Beast I got the Audi S6 while I would have looked at Shelby Mustang or Corvette variants if 2wd would work. For the Beauty car where I am commuting 2-3 times per week for the next year (about 240 miles each commute) so I chose the MB C300 4matic. Not an exciting car, but I don’t feel beat up at the end of the drive like in the 4Runner. If your SIL puts rancid garlic chili slug fries in my car, I want to report my address as my commie 0bama loving neighbor’s location (just look for the 0bama bumper sticker). My neighbor already considers herself the busybody block captain and I am sure she has me on a list for reeducation camp. So, while in camp and waiting for the lineup in front of the ditch for those who won’t learn, I would at least smile if I knew she has rancid fries in her engine compartment!

Race on in a few hours. Jimmie Johnson had a height problem so his qualifying time was disqualified and he will start at the back... will that have any effect?
