Don’t get me wrong; I mourn for Trayvon Martin.
It’s a tragedy that any young kid like him will not live to see adulthood.
But I don’t blame George Zimmerman for shooting him in self-defense.
I blame the corrupt, violent, lifeless, drug and gangsta culture that is breeding generations of Trayvons – kids who are uneducated, devoid of morals, without vision, dreams and aspirations.
I blame a political establishment that fosters all of this and lures kids and their parents into dependency on the state.
I blame the broader culture that tolerates violence against black people – as long as that violence is perpetrated by black people.
You think I’m exaggerating?
As the nation is fixated on George Zimmerman’s trial for the death of Trayvon Martin in Florida, over the weekend, 74 people were shot in Chicago – most of them black victims attacked by black perps. At least 12 were killed. Many of the injuries are serious.
Almost no one is talking about 74 people being shot in one holiday weekend in a city with the strictest anti-gun laws in the country. That’s more Americas that were shot in Iraq and Afghanistan combined over the same time period – a lot more.
Where is the compassion for these victims?
Why isn’t Barack Obama looking at the pictures of these victims in his hometown and saying, “If I had a son …”?
Where is the anger of those liberals and Democrats who run the Chicago political machine and who are so outspoken about the Trayvon Martin case?
And when will Americans take notice of the fact that “gun-free cities” like Chicago are among the most dangerous places in the world?
Endlessly the talking heads on television debate the Trayvon Martin case. Nobody pays any attention to the 74

Just yesterday Cavuto asked Je$$e about the black on black crime in Chicago. Je$$e’$ answer was to blame the economy and everything under the sun other than the black, rapper, thug culture that permeates Chicago and other American cities.
Bar-rack, Jesse Jackson Jr. and Al Sharpton ain’t got no political gain nor financial gain worrying about those other kids.

There is no white-on-black (at least somebody they can claim as white) aspect to them I guess. No media value, no Holder value, nobody to sue and settle with probably.

I beg to differ - they are being constantly proselytized to hate, brag, do drugs, "get over", treat women as ho's, leave a string of fatherless children with as many different baby mamas as possible, etc.
This is being done by powerful forces - media conglomerates, government bureaucracies, etc.

If at 17 he wasn't already a triggerman, he would more likely end up a victim as he descended deeper into drugs and gangland. Some of his cellphone photos show pic's of his home grown weed.
He would probably get good enough at growing his own that he could sell any surplus. Once he started selling surplus weed, he would be at continual risk of reprisal by local dealers.
Zimmerman probably shortened his life by up to 5 years.
74 murders or attempted murders, and this doesn’t count how many times someone was shot at and was missed...
I would like remind the readers that Chicago may lead in homicides, but this kind of self-genocide is going on in every major and medium city in the US.
Where is a cow when you need one these days?
They don’t advance the agenda, so are ignored.
One of the biggest problems is a complete lack of belief that they will ever be treated fairly by the system.
If you believe that the police are corrupt, and you cannot count on them to administer a reasonably fair legal system, you only have tribal type justice to use for any wrongs.
The system in Chicago is corrupt.
New York brought its crime rate way down by the simple expedient of prosecuting all crime, especially the small ones. People started believing the system worked.
It is called the broken window theory.
