It may widen to leaks but will ANYBODY go to prison?

Doubtful with this corrupt bunch. And I’m talking about BOTH sides.

Obama regime is successfully running out the clock. They know most Americans have a maximum memory capacity of 6 weeks.

They know most Americans have a maximum memory capacity of 6 weeks.

Thus most Americans get the government they deserve.

Sadly, we are forced to live under the thumb of that government which THEY deserve.

OK, great, what’s going to be done about it aside from not a damn thing?

Or a memory of at least the week between episodes of ‘American Idol’ or ‘Dancing With The Stars’. Or maybe the time between the latest games of the NFL’s or NBA’s Thug Gangsters With Tattoos.

The American Center for Law and Justice (Jay Sekulow's group) has brought action against the IRS on behalf of over 40 clients who were targeted for harassment and obstruction. One thing the ACLJ is doing is using a Supreme Court decision that allows for a suit to go directly after an individual who works for the government and seek monetary damages if they have committed acts of malice using their position of power as leverage.

This can really shake up the bastards that work for the IRS because they can lose a LOT of money and be forced to pay their own legal expenses too. I'd not be surprised to see a couple of them start squealing like stuck pigs.

Nothing will ever come of these illegalities until individuals can be prosecuted, sent to prison, their federal pensions confiscated, and their families kicked out of their expensive homes and forced to live on welfare and foodstamps.

I agree with you to an extent. But another aspect of the questionable memory capacity of many citizens is that they unthinkingly allow the corrupt media to decide what is and is not important regarding the news.

Congress needs to pass laws allowing civil suits compelling monetary confiscation of all earnings and subsequent earnings of federal employees involved in these illegalities, to fund a victims compensation fund.

Kelly is “one of the best” because he’s not a freakin’ lawyer.

He’s a businessman by trade and he has a very low tolerance for B.S.

As good as he is, I can’t believe that EVERY congressional district doesn’t have several people just like him available to run.

Wouldn’t it be great to have 435 Mike Kelly’s in the next Congress?

After Nixon’s abuse of the IRS disclosure of an individual’s or entities private tax information is a felony, punishable with 5 years in the federal pen.

So we’ll see which of these IRS “rogue agents” want to be convicted of a felony and lose their federal jobs and bene’s...I suspect these people already know who they are and should be positioning themselves to point fingers in exchange for lesser sentencing.
