Jeb Bush will be feted by Republican mega-bundler Woody Johnson at a dinner and party for his new book this month, according to an invitation obtained by POLITICO.

(snip)

The event will be held on July 23 in New York City at the home of the Jets owner, according to the invitation.

Other prominent people said to also be staying there this weekend are Jeb Bush and Dan Gilbert, owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Most excellent, although I would say that their policy more accurately reflects that of fascism rather than communism. The two are nearly identical, except with fascism, the subjects are given the pretense of private ownership while under communism they are not. Either way, the MB took control of the factors of production, and within a year, poverty doubled in Egypt.

And what’s the deal with the Bushes making so many public appearances lately? I’m suspicious....

W's approval ratings are higher than Obama's these days.

What do all the far left regimist and many rinos all have in common? A huge lust for dough.

The closer you get to collapse, the nearer you get to the truth about corrupt regimes such as Marxist or shariah governments.

The two deepest motivations for Marxists to hold on are power and privilege. The drunken Soviet gang of 8 that kidnapped Gorbachev and tried to restore communism in Moscow were, in the end, DRIVEN by their desperate obsession with power and privilege.

You see all this in play in failed states across Africa and Latin America even today.

Soros understands how this works and has since he hustled the Nazis as a teenager. Corruption and perversity are hand-in-glove commodities of these states. The Muslim Brotherhood is no more fit to “govern” a nation than ACORN or the SEIU.

Well put.

The comments on this thread are educating a lot of “lurkers”...Kudos to the brave souls that go into enemy territory to counter the idiocy on these shows!

Hit the nail on the head...Demagogues are ALL about power and privelege!

As Romney said we have “47%” of useful idiots. Wait till the free stuff runs out and only the elite have cars.ha.

News of such a gathering is enough to churn my breakfast at Wimbledon up and all over the table. (Even if it’s true, please don’t tell me Anna Wintour is there too.)

Well since these RINO’s are actively trying to destroy the GOP with their immigration antics, Jeb has as much chance of being POTUS as I do.

I refuse to think the GOP power elites are this stupid. This whole thing is by grand design to split the party and destroy the country once and for all. Buh-bye capitalism, hello socialism, then Marxism.

Recall that Cheney was making the round a couple of weeks ago.

I'll take Cheney all day and night long. He's the one pol I don't mind seeing and hearing from again.

FNS

Roberts keeps trying to trick Perry into revealing whether he will run for re-election or run for the WH in 16.

[Move on, Roberts. No one cares at this point.]

If you look at all who have governed in the history of man, and find a ratio to all who governed with some measure of success, well, you are looking at brutal numbers.

These people in charge simply cannot govern. They are good at winning elections or seizing power or manipulating large institutions and processes or conning the people, but they just can’t govern. They are just great big flops.

When I look at Obama or Morsi or Lenin or Castro or Mugabe two words come to mind: EPIC FAIL.

Hillary and Chelsea Clinton to show some Southern hospitality to Anna Wintour and Oscar de la Renta at Little Rock reception

Though the Dominican-born designer has been shunned by Michelle Obama, the former First lady has credited the fashion maven with reforming her wardrobe ways, and the Clintons are hosting a reception honoring him on Monday.

Thanks Hippie, it is a big hurdle to explain freedom is better than free candy. They have incrementally addicted the slaves to it and now over 50% of the voters are given some form of subsidy to vote for more.

The Republic of Texas 2002 is progressing and I am writing the final version and really coming out well. Once that is done the publishing company will begin their editing and production. Should be 4-5 months.

Trey has made a national name for himself and thus could raise a lot of money to combat not only Linda’s fat war chest but all the big bucks Mr Amnesty is going to get from the RNC, Karl Rove and all the other GOP-e RINO PACs out to destroy conservatives in the Republican Party.
Believe you me, our SC TEA Parties have already started “bugging” Trey and we can almost guarantee him a Sarah Palin endorsement which is huge around these parts.
Unless the Hon Gowdy is holding out for Prez in ‘16, the above is an offer he just can’t refuse.
