Sound familiar. He won’t enforce the laws on the books and fights states that try to enforce even Federal law.
I wish I had the time to go one by one through the list - but nearly every example provided is applicable directly or by analogy (another example - “He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.” The colonies were trying to grow as a way to strengthen their hold on the land, build the economy. This president is obstructing the Laws for Naturalization in reverse, encouraging people to come who are a burden on taxpayers).
Good opportunity for someone with the time to update the Declaration with the Facts applied to the current Tyrant.
