I’m not 100% sure, but I think the W.H. photographer isn’t allowed to snap a photo in the One’s bedroom; the flash would have startled him awake and prob. left a wet spot.

Crisis Group Condemns Detention of Mohamed ElBaradei and Violence against Demonstrators
Brussels | 28 Jan 2011
The International Crisis Group strongly condemns the detention of Mohamed ElBaradei in Cairo today.

Media reports coming from the Egyptian capital say that ElBaradei, who serves on Crisis Group’s Board of Trustees, was prevented by the authorities from leaving a mosque after prayers this afternoon. He is apparently still being held, as the entire country now faces severe unrest with street protests building in opposition to the regime.

“His detention has no credible basis. It also will not serve Egypt’s interests at this critical juncture”, says Crisis Group President Louise Arbour. “In a situation as tense as this, repression and abuse can only further inflame the situation. Rather than resort to repression, the authorities should heed demands of the population for dramatic political, social and economic transformation.”

Crisis Group calls on the Egyptian authorities to release Mohamed ElBaradei immediately.

In addition, Crisis Group calls on the government to cease using violence against its own people and allow peaceful demonstrations to take place.

http://www.crisisgroup.org/en/publication-type/media-releases/2011/mena/Egypt-Crisis-Group-Condemns-Detention-of-Mohamed-ElBaradei-and-Violence-against-Demonstrators.aspx

There is a much deeper manipulation going on here than people want to accept.

The globalist man ElBaradei was supported by the Muslim Brotherhood. When the MB won he supported them. It’s only been within the last few weeks that ElBaradei started showing up flanked by the army, Mubarak and Sabahi supporters...the fix is in...

“The shoe sure seems to fit. ElBaradei told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria Sunday that: “The Muslim Brotherhood …has nothing to do with extremism…[T]hey have a lot of credibility…And I have been reaching out to them.””

ElBaradei was a member of the International crisis Group until last year - prior to his reentry into Egyptian politics.

Thanks cc. If you know anything about the Forum for International Policies and the US/Middle East Project I’d appreciate it. I got something on the Forum from NNB but it was mostly old - even went to a thinktank site where they also surprisingly had very little. The Forum is run by Brent Scowcroft and they guide the US/Middle East Project there’s also an international middle east project. Carly Hills and a few well-known actors are involved.

The military already did that. Their Chief Justice is now the President.

They ought to replace the limo with a short bus and put a sign around his neck with his name on it in case he gets lost.

I think Obama, Kerry, Biden, Huma, and HIllary should all set foot in Tahir Square, without secret service protection, so that they can greet the masses in person and make sure that the will of the Egyptian people is served.

Amen to that.

I’d also like the dead of Benghazi to give them nightly nightmares of Navy SEALS wearing their skull masks paying them visits at 3:00 am. And may they wonder about that possibility every minute of the rest of their miserable lives.

Obozo should be happy that there aren't hundreds of thousands angry Egyptians living in America. They might remove him along with his Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood thugs.

Texas Republican Sen.Ted Cruz blasted the Obama administration’s policy toward Egypt in a scathing op-ed in Foreign Policy magazine, slamming the president’s stance on the Muslim Brotherhood “one of the most stunning diplomatic failures in recent memory.”

As the Egyptian military ends President Mohamed Morsi’s rule, Cruz points out that the ire of many people in the streets of Cairo is not reserved for the Muslim Brotherhood alone.

“The people protesting in the streets were not only carrying anti-Morsi signs,” Cruz writes. “They were also carrying signs with slogans like ‘Obama Supports Terrorism’ and ‘Obama Supports Morsi,’ as well as pictures of the American ambassador to Egypt, Anne Patterson, with a large red ‘X’ through her face.”

” I now call on the Egyptian military to move quickly and responsibly to return full authority back to a democratically elected civilian government as soon as possible through an inclusive and transparent process, and to avoid any arbitrary arrests of President Morsi and his supporters,” he continued.”

What an arrogant pompous azz our President is,,,,to think anyone in Egypt gives a flying fig what he wants....his puppet has been dethroned!
