It will be up to a brilliant lawyer to bring suit and win in the courts.

It would seem to me that full-time workers for large (50+ employees) who were supposed to be covered by the employee mandate and now are not would have grounds for a lawsuit. The fact that the Regime arbitrarily refuses to enforce the law does not render the law null and void.

So Which Part of Obamacare Works, Then?

The part that destroys a free American economy but enshrines federal government command and control!

The administration gambit is a desperation move. They know that by the time the lawsuits progress through the courts the reinstatement will be at hand.

There is only one defense against such treacherous tyranny and that is permanent removal of the tyrants

If there is no law, then there is no law

You’re right.

A small business that doesn’t do it will be sued out of business.

Yes they can, but unfortunately most of them on either side belong to the same exclusive club.

” As Heritage expert Chris Jacobs wrote yesterday:It is hard to understate the impact of today’s devastating admission from the Administration”

It’s ‘overstate’ for cryin’ out loud!

When I said they needs balls, I meant they need balls to introduce articles of impeachment. Everyone knows obama has violated the Constitution and his oath many times over.
