Ah, but did they use public money? Yes they did.
Mr. Yakel says that those resources were nominal, with work done by in-house plumbers.
So how does this square with the very people, many who live in San Francisco, who are always crying “Separation of Church and State”? Apparently they are just fine with it.

You’re right. Either an interfaith chapel or a chapel for every religion under the sun. Equal treatment is equal treatment. Law suit time. What ever happened to “Separation of Church and State”?
The reason Muzzloids won’t use an “Interfaith Chapel” is that it has been defiled by “polytheists” (Muzzloid for “Christians”) and infidels (Muzzloid for Jews).
My eyes quickly glossed over this title and the old brain told me it read: US to make room for space Muslims in air. I thought ‘great idea!’ put them in outer space - lots if room for them there! But alas, it’s just my brain playing tricks with my lazy eye....
