Matthew 25:41-43

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,

Abraham Lincoln: “Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”

JB: The US public is an “obstacle.”

Also GWB 2007: Amnesty opponents "don't want to do what's right for America" and "See you at the signing." GWB's minions like Gerson ("anti-immigrant" "national chauvinism")had much worse things to say about conservatives.

Those pesky subjects are a !@#$%^& obstacle!

Stop being a whore for the democrats.......

Actually, he's whoring for Big Money, whose agenda is still what it was in the 1860's-1900's "Gilded Age": breaking working wages and salaries to zero with mass labor imports while driving profits to the moon under a rubric of "capital formation" and resistance to labor syndicalism (i.e. to all attempts to negotiate terms and conditions of employment).

As recently as 1965, every drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico was sending an average of two-three men a week to the hospital injured, many of them maimed for life. But Gulf Oil's management touchstone remained "total number of hole feet drilled per week". Conditions were unsafe, but managers didn't care. They weren't comped for safety, they were comped for drilling and completions and flow volumes.

I hate to admit any claim of the Democrats that they fostered labor syndicalism and organization efforts, but they did (or at least they took credit for it), but as stout a source as Milton Friedman said it out loud on a PBS program about the history of U.S. labor, that without the unions people would still be working for the equivalent of 15 cents an hour and getting hurt on the job all too frequently. That said, conservatives have to take away this issue by promoting government-free, Communist-free labor markets that aren't unduly controlled by either side, where the parties really do negotiate (no sweetheart deals and union corruption) and Bolshevik DemonRats don't pollute the process with their Alinskyism and bullyragging against capital and its owners.

Which owners, since I mentioned them, have to get passing marks in "plays well with others" or simply not be allowed into the markets with goods made with slave-labor and offshored slave-labor, and all their other bad habits.

If that happens, they will strive to both destroy him and support Hillary. They will sabotage the campaign from within and without, telling the big donors to sit it out, and they will cover the media with stories intended to undermine the candidate and his supporters.

I believe this is the exact message that was made known to Sarah Palin in 2011.

Heck, it's what they DID in 1964 to Barry Goldwater. Gov. Nelson Rockefeller of New York, a disappointed candidate himself (who'd had the active support of The New York Times and other liberal East Coast fishwraps for the nomination) actually compared Goldwater's delegates to "fascists" and "Nazis" on prime-time television at the convention, after the conservatives afforded Rocky the courtesy of a platform minority report. That's what you get for being nice to a gold-plated RiNO. Hell, they just don't care! (The e-GOPs should have: They wound up with LBJ, the Great Society, and Vietnam. Way to go, Rocky!)

They also told that to Ronnie in 1980, when Bush and his parasites grafted themselves onto the ticket and helped themselves to a big slice of patronage, with Bush installing his doppelganger James Baker as Ronnie's chief of staff (Are. You. Kidding. Me? -- that Mephistophilis, in your office? Don't do it, Ronnie!!)

And that may be why no real conservative stepped up in 1999-2000 to contest the primaries against Dubya: they were told to back off.

JMHO.

Jeb Bush and his crowd are determined to stifle the conservative voice. Rush Limbaugh admitted today that Fox and Friends producers would not allow him to bring up the damage that immigration reform would do to the Republican Party. Censor from Jeb and now Fox. Choices are becoming clearer every day.

My theory is this: Ohomo has everyone’s phone and email records, right? I suspect he is using them for the largest blackmail scheme in the history of the world. Don’t want the wife to find out about all those phone calls to that whorehouse in Tallahassee? Just say the following......

It would explain a lot, sez I.

” This guy Jeb Bush is the ultimate scumbag. He could be lecturing the rats about being the obstacle, thanks to their insistence on open borders and non-existant enforcement, but no - - Jeb Bush has to lecture the Republicans.

Wow... What a piece of sh**.”

I second the emotion.

Wasn’t it heartwarming seeing Dubya and Obama loving each other? And Laura Bush, and The Beard loving it up in a TV interview? Sickening !

Be careful quoting Lincoln, the sons of the Confederacy might show up, compare him to Hitler and call you a dirty Yankee.

Lincoln is not sacrosanct in my view. I have criticized him myself. But I do like the Gettysburg Address.

No one should be. I dissed Thomas Jefferson earlier today. :D

I third. Obama really is trying to blackmail the US people with non-enforcement, but if JB blasted him for that, not ripping GWB would be going by a double standard. And nobody here would expect a President Jeb to enforce it either.
