If Obama can do this, could not a future president delay the mandate arbitrarily until, what? 2075? Could they not do this for other laws? Immigration reform? A carbon tax? The Republicans should go to court and MAKE him implement it as written. If there is a disaster, let it be on Boy Obozo’s watch.
