"Militants launched a pre-dawn attack Tuesday on a Kabul guesthouse serving U.S. engineers and military contractors, killing at least eight people"

************snip**************

The Afghan Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack. In recent weeks, insurgents have ramped up attacks on both military and civilian targets, with several of the assaults and bombings occurring in the capital.

***********snip******************

A rift between Afghan President Hamid Karzai and officials in Washington has held up the talks. Karzai was angered that the U.S. did not insist that the Taliban renounce violence, communicate directly with the Afghan government and recognize the country’s constitution before being allowed to enter into peace negotiations.

Uh, if the U.S. administration doesn't respect and follow its own Constitution, why would they force the Taliban to follow Afghangistan's constitution?

Obama doesn’t think the Palestinians have to recognize Israel’s right to exist before talking peace. With Obama the terrorists get to go on being terrorists, but if you’re the other party you have to negotiate with them while they’re trying to kill you.

So the same Taliban that this administration wants to negotiate with is engaging in WAR CRIMES against civilians?

I keep wondering when Obamasein will go and speak directly with these taliban he keeps preaching to reach out to. Surely, they would recognize his Importance and be happy to meet with him on a personal level.

It’s the same old leftest tactic, it’s called
fighting while negociating. When they do it they
are carrying on the struggle. When you do it you are
endangering the peace process.

The idiocy of this “man” is destroying civilization .

This is an “insurgent attack”. Not a “terrorist attack” or a “war crime”.

Amnesty Internationale, Red Cross/Red Crescent, and the whole lot of them are full of Marxist Islamist horsesh!t with their ugly double standard.

This reads like the last days of Vietnam.
We negotiate with with North Vietnam (Taliban) and leave the Gov’t we set up, South Vietnam (Karzai) out of the talks.

Would that be Kibbutz Hulda?

You are 100% correct. This mind set has been going on for decades but more critically since the Oslo Debacle. Ignore facts on the ground, just sign the damn agreement and get on with being blown up by your “partner for peace”.

Haven’t you heard, it is impolite and not PC to use the Terror word? By giving this murderous act a nice sounding name, you don’t have to take any action and can continue to lead from behind.
