As part of a deal signed last week in Washington DC between the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry and FEMA, Russian officials will provide “security at mass events” in the United States, a scenario that won’t sit well with Americans wary of foreign assets operating on US soil.

"security for the Super Bowl, G8 Conference, etc."??? It just doesn't seem plausible. The US has no need for assistance in security. Plus, the article is actually from INFOWARS.COM. Can anyone verify the veracity of this site? Is it a scare-mongering end-of-the-world blog or the real deal?
There has got to be someone in the Congress and/or the military that this would raise hackles with, surely! I'd like to see someone/something a bit more reputable (FOX?) cover this before I get worried.....

Yeah, I went to the actual orginal Russian press release myself. Thing is, already about a 100 worthless blogs have quoted the Wing Nut Daily lies (It's SO out of context it's an actual lie.)
Basically, this is one Russian guy flying to Salt Lake City to talk to the head of security for the SLC Olympics for advice on how to run security for the upcoming Sochi Olympics.
It's not platoons of Spetsnaz coming over doing cavity searches on people entering the stadium for the next Superbowl.

Whenever I see WND as the source for articles like this, I take it with a grain of salt. Wing Nut Daily is notorious for taking things out of context, omitting pertainant details and tweaking the narrative altogether to support their charges.
