Need help. Convincing low info voters - some in my family and some friends that the recently quoted $5000 penalty for not hiring recent "amnestied immigrants" exists...I don't have time to search the document, and surely, someone out there has found the really destructive parts of the bill so we can cut and paste and such. This is what I need to show some low info voters they exist...yes, 0blummer and his minions in the media and Rubio have done a fine job at obscuring such info about the 1200 page nightmare.

The fine revolves around the health insurance, (my understanding), illegals are exempt from the bill, so if an employer hires citizens and can not afford insurance they pay a fine. IE $5,000
Which will be a huge disadvantage for employers to hire citizens.
If it is that blatant then it violates equal protection under the 14th amendment.

Every thing Obama and his party does is to reward their friends and punish their enemies.

Under the senate bill illegal immigrants are not subject to the ObamaCare penalty for employers. That creates an incentive to hire illegal amnesty immigrants over American citizens.
Amendments were offered to rectify this but were voted down by the majority (consisting of Rats and Rhinos)

What this “bi-partisan” bill would do is to import Dem (or worse) voters to create a permanent leftist supermajority, after 10s of millions of foreign citizens became naturalized. We would become a single party system like the former USSR.
