Boston Bombing suspect Dzokhar Tsarnaev has been officially charged with causing the death of four people, and using weapons of mass destruction by federal prosecutors.
Tsarnaev, 19, has been in police custody since being captured outside of Boston, Massachusetts in the end of April. He and his late brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, are suspected of blowing up a pair of homemade explosives detonated near the finish line of the annual race, killing 3 people and injuring more than 200.

I would do a search on the Internet to see if there’s some sort of official definition of “WMD”, but I really don’t feel like having a bunch of dudes in suits busting down my door tonight.

Difference being Boston was televised, and some of the victims were just on the cover of People magazine. This has less chance of being forgotten or covered up.

Weapons of Mass Destruction originally referred to nuclear weapons and later, perhaps, trucks full of Ammonium Nitrate (Oklahoma City, Muriah Bldg attack).
However, Politically Correct stupidity, aided by an ignorant and compliant media, have made WMD apply to anything bigger than a firecracker.
The correct term for what the Boston bombers used would be a “Weapon of Mass Murder” (WMM)as that was the intention and capability of what was used.
But as those few of us in journalism used to say about the lazy reporters, never let the truth get in your way to a headline or frontpage story. Or, as a truthful New York Times caption should say, “All The News That Fits”.
I HATE this government. The ONLY guilty parties in this SCANDAL are THIS ADMINISTRATION. I’ve spent months researching this event and there is far too much evidence, more evidence than Benghazi, that the Tsarnaevs were NOT responsible and that the government scum did this to it’s own people, murdered the MIT officer, murdered Ibragim Todashev, and murdered two of their own Special Forces Agents. American’s need to face the truth about what our government is capable of doing to further their agenda.
WMDs? Ridiculous charge. Get arrested and happen to have ammo reloading supplies in your house = WMD charges. Pretty clear where this is going.
Have they taken away his government provided tax paid food stamps, college coupons, welfare, prizes and gifts yet?
