It appears that they punted on prop 8 (ruled the group bringing the case didn’t have standing). So no nationwide gay marriage that the liberals were hoping for. So if your state bans gay marriage, nothing will change.
40 years ago the SCOTUS did something abominable as well. Roe v Wade.
This country is doomed. God forgive us.
Another 5 to 4 decision. I assume Roberts flipped?
I'm ready to do that now, I haven't gotten any in... well, a long time. It's not fair! Pass a law to equalize sex for everyone. Make it a lottery so every once in a while you draw a supermodel.
just doubled my chance at marriage :)
What a surprise with 3 dykes passing judgment on the sane and normal. Will the ruling for the same sex marriage white trash apply to close relatives?
What a degenerate cesspool America has become. Throughout the years, I always took the stand that I would have given my life fighting for my country. Not this faggotized sewer of Homo-America. It’s not worth lifting a finger to preserve.

Sorry - no decision due to lack of jurisdiction.
Maybe we should all leave before sodomy becomes mandatory.
I suppose one benefit of having Rand Paul be the next president is that all of these benefits would be gone for Sodomites
No Roberts was on the right side, it was Anthony "foreign law" Kennedy...
So....doin’ anything later? ;)
The Lord has us here for a reason. Obviously we still have a lot of work to do.
