President Barack Obama will attempt to kick-start a global climate agenda on Tuesday with proposals including a plan to limit carbon emissions from existing U.S. power plants that is sure to face opposition from the coal industry, many business groups and Republican lawmakers.
None of the president's proposals, including plans to reduce emissions from heavy duty trucks after 2018, require congressional approval.
The White House plan includes measures to tackle HFCs as well as emissions from methane, another potent greenhouse gas.

All of the Democrats who work at power plants have to be dancing in the aisles. The nice thing about Democrat philosophy on every front is that it is self-destructive. Let them wreck economies. Let them have abortion. Let them live in total immorality. Let them have uncontrolled immigration. When it is all over, the ones who support such Godless philosophies will be gone, dead, literally evaporated from the face of the earth. The rest of us will suffer pretty badly, but God will rescue us in the long run.

Obama will never be stopped or reined in in any way. The next on his agenda will be the regulation of methane emissions from humans. We will no longer be able to eat beans, cabbage, or any other ‘offensive’ foods unless we allow ourselves to be forced into buying and using Beano.
I seriously doubt Congress will do anything.
Those in power have either been threatened or bought off.

He sends 8 Billon dollars to the Greens? No problem, a Few Hundred Million to Hezballah? No problem. 100 Million for an Africa trip? No problem, supplies Al Qaeda with arms?? No problem. Closes Power plants? No problem Refuses to build a pipeline? No problem.
He don’t need no steenking Congress.
The house boy will use the EPA to do an end run around the American people.
I questioned why a woman who used to work for me when she said on her job application for the EPA they wanted her to have a pistol permit. Now I know why. The EPA is just one more alphabet agency squeezing the American people and they know eventually they will need protection.
Sadly I seriously doubt that they will. I'm sure some will go on TV and make some noise and maybe even send a sternly worded letter. But in the end, I suspect that they will just roll over and shrug their shoulders and say that there is nothing that they can do.
That's where we are at the present time.
