Yeah, I don’t think this is going to pass as a whole. All it takes is more phone calls and pressure and I think in the end that even Rubio will vote against it.
There are already 12 Republicans who’ve voted yes.
I think there are Democrats like Baucus who may vote no in the end and let the constituents tear it apart during recess.
You have to wonder why so many of the senators are letting it become the worst bill ever.
