The Colorado Civil Rights Division has ruled an elementary school discriminated against a transgender 6-year-old child by barring her from using the girls' bathroom.
KDVR reports the New York-based Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund announced the ruling Sunday, and said they would hold a news conference Monday to explain the decision in the case of Coy Mathis, who was born a boy but identifies as a girl.

I have to agree. Just what did they do to this poor child to convince him he was a she. Good Lord, I used to think this country had become the Bizzaro world with Bill and Hill, Now it has become totally insane. God help my children.

If at 6 the court believes a child can decide that they are not the sex as designed by God but chooses another sex then aren’t they mentally capable of being responsible for an act like murder?
This sounds like Munchausen by Proxy syndrome, when allowed to continue untreeated to an inevitable conclusion.
I'll give credit to the Mom for being diabolically smart, if she just abused her kids, they'd have been taken away. By picking making them "untouchable" (you just hate me and my kid because it's transgendered you bigot!!!) she not only can get away with it, but she can get all of the attention she's craving.

It’s the most hectic, nerve-racking city. Imagine having to take the 7 Train to the ballpark looking like you’re riding through Beirut next to some kid with purple hair, next to some queer with AIDS, right next to some dude who just got out of jail for the fourth time, right next to some 20-year-old mom with four kids.
