I’m the same exact age as him and the same build, and what happened to him scares the hell out of me. A friend of mine died the same way and at only 47. He was a taxi driver, sat down all day eating junk and one night, that was it.

Saw a clip of him on Inside the Actor’s Studio.

Host asks him, “When you appear at the Pearly Gates, what would you like to hear God say?”

JG thinks for a moment and says, “Take over for a while, I’ll be right back.”

Re-evaluate how you are living and resolve to change that.

I did the same thing and feel great. Eating healthier, eating less and getting more exercise. I’m 50.

Got sick and tired of feeling lousy all the time. The garbage that passes for food today just doesn’t cut it anymore.

Resolve to eat one healthy meal a day out of your other meals and eat less/smaller portions, go from there.

It’s hard at first, but you’ll get used to it.

Good luck my FRiend.

Oh, and don’t forget the fish oil and D3.

My dad is 85 and I’ve made him take fish oil for over 20 years now. His heart doctor couldn’t believe how clear his heart arteries were.

I’ve been taking fish oil with Omega 3 for several years now.

.....Just don’t get too close to the killer whale pool at Seaworld.

eat less/smaller portions

I think that's the most important part of any diet.
