On Friday’s “Special Report” on the Fox News Channel, Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer criticized President Barack Obama’s speech on Wednesday at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin.
The speech was sparsely attended compared to the speech Obama had made at the same venue back in 2008 during his first presidential election campaign. And as part of the “All-Star Panel” Friday “Lightning Round” segment, Krauthammer won the privilege of posing the question to his colleagues on how to define the speech.
“Obama gave a speech in Germany this week,” Krauthammer said. “Was it a) a stirring defense of the United States and the concept of liberty, like Reagan and Kennedy; b) a mediocre mush of platitudes; c) the worst presidential speech on foreign affairs in memory; or d) self-indulgent, anachronistic and adolescent?”

Obama is a light-weight. He governs with a huge chip on his shoulder, is basically a mean nasty person, and he’s probably the biggest racist we’ve had in office since LBJ (Yes, LBJ!!!). Obama’s self-indulgent speech in Germany was just a waste of time for everyone on earth. It really doesn’t matter anyway, though. Obama’s real project is turning the US into a one-party system and in that, he’s doing quite well....unfortunately. Any oposition to his his ‘big-goverment’ agenda is met with accusations of ‘racist’ and to be honest, it’s working quite well. Plus, the media gives Obama a pass on all of his corruption so, he’s covered there as well. Most people still don’t know Obama-care is really just a way to fund left-leaning organizations. It would be nice if someone who calls themselves a journalist would flesh that out a bit. Our country is doomed financially. We’re so drunk on political correctness, we can’t even do basic nath anymore in this country.
Still, I’m glad the Euros are finally figuring out Obama is an empty suit.
Krauthammer has a much lower opinion of adolescents than I do.

Compare the occasion of Obama’s gratuitous speech with the events that compelled Kennedy and Reagan to address the German people.
Kennedy’s Ich Bin ein Berliner speech was made just months after the Khruschev’s ratcheting up of the cold war when he ordered the construction of the wall. Reagan’s demand that Gorbechev to “tear down this wall” was made as the mounting economic weakness of the USSR and East Germany was bringing about an end to Communist domination of East Europe.
Obama’s Berlin speeches were gratuitous. To Berliners, he must have seemed like an old wino babbling on a street corner.

Krauthammer has become a sort of high priest at FNC. Much like a Severaid was at CBS.
Krauthammer is no conservative in my book, but an east coast establishment inside the beltway elitist.
It is easy to trash Barry, Nancy, and Harry.There are many on this forum who good perform that task as well as he.
But because he is an elitist, he must ultimately choose an elite to side with. He has chosen the GOPe and the media elite known as Fox News to side with.
When it comes to nation building dictated by the Globalists and the police state as well as amnesty you will eventually find him pleasing his NWO masters at Fox News.

Both political parties are controlled by elites. This has always been true to some extent.
Problem is there has been the formation of so many other elites.
Corporations and media are big money and they have purchased the political elites of both parties.
The 2008 bailout of the Goldman-Sachs crowd exposed how the elites of both parties play the masses on the social issues but when it comes to big money those elitist prigs join hands as they did when they all cried bailout, bailout, too big to fail, too big to fail.
This quite understandable because the boy Bush nominated a former CEO of Goldman Sachs as his Secretary of Treasury and Barry was nominated in 2008 by another former CEO of Goldman Sachs.
Unfortunately, conservatives like Limbaugh have most often turned a blind eye and given the Republican Party elite a pass.
Finally, Rush had a come to Jesus moment when he admitted that Gang of Eight and all the shenanigans attached to Amnesty was because of what he called crony capitalism. Duh. The Chamber of Commerce lobby has controlled the GOPe on illegal immigration for a long time and there position was to do nothing.
Now that has changed and you get a GOPe idiot like Paul Ryan siding with the Gang of Eight because he takes instructions from the Chamber of Commerce and says that we must pass amnesty because there is going to be a labor shortage.
The GOPe and Fox News are bound quite tightly thanks to the Satan known as Karl Rove. He is evil. He is an elitist of the highest order. He is a modern Joseph Goebbels. The New World Order loves him as does the Rupert Murdoch who is nothing more than a Charles Foster Kane wannabe.
The lower case e may be quite small but it is big deal. It tells you that the GOP has not soul as it has sold to the elites.
