Because if he gets his way on that, a smaller, less intrusive government that takes and spends less of our money will become a completely unattainable fantasy.

Since he took up this crusade Rubio’s public statements sound, well, silly. Like I listen and think “I wouldn’t vote for this guy for Dog Catcher”.
WTF? Does Rubio have split personalities?
One day he wants us all to believe that for the first time in ages, the federal government is going to get the immigration process and all its Rube Goldberg sub-processes exactly right, and therefore we should trust in its abilities.

Joining a “gang” in the Senate is a pretty poor way of showing it, now he’s stuck with it. Wave goodbye to any chance for higher office, Rubio.

Well Rubio, look at it this way, even though your chance at becoming the president is now gone forever and your political career is all but over, you should still be able to make a very good living at selling ice-cream. Imagine yourself driving a clown car through neighborhoods, honking and ringing bells.... see, it will be fun and you can still meet with the people.
