The vast majority of the annual shooting homicides are committed by inner-city and minority youths below the age of 30. Handguns are involved in 80% of all murders. Rifles and shotguns account for less than 10% of homicides.
The National Rifle Association is now blamed for generic gun violence, especially the mass shootings at schools, even though usually no one knows of any proposed gun law — barring outright confiscation of previously purchased firearms, bullets, and clips — that would have prevented the shooters at Sandy Hook and Columbine. Gun merchants are blamed by the president while in Mexico for selling lethal semi-automatic weapons to drug cartels.
If the Department of Homeland Security, as is rumored, really did wish to stockpile hundreds of millions of rounds of ammunition, then why did it begin such repository buying right in the middle of a hysterical national debate about limiting access to various rifles and semi-automatic weapons? If the homicide rate in Philadelphia and Chicago is any indication, murderers still have plenty of access to bullets. Those who want to target practice or shoot a varmint on their property do not.
The CIA and FBI knew of the suspicious activity of the Boston bombers, of Major Hasan, and of Anwar al-Awlaki. And they did nothing to preempt their violence. The FBI is said to be carefully avoiding monitoring mosques, although all of the above terrorists were known by many fellow Muslim worshipers to be either disturbed or extremist or both. In contrast, the NSA monitors, we are told, nearly everyone’s communications rather than focusing on Middle Eastern male Muslims, even though Middle Eastern male Muslims have been involved in the vast majority of post-9/11 terrorist plots.

All is not going well in Obama Land. The people who are getting the free stuff don't like the people who are paying for the free stuff, because the people who are paying for the free stuff can no longer afford to pay for both the free stuff and their own stuff, and the people who are paying for the free stuff want the free stuff to stop, but the people who are getting the free stuff want even more free stuff on top of the free stuff they are already getting.
Now, the people who are forcing the people who pay for the free stuff have told the people who are receiving the free stuff that the people who are paying for the free stuff are being mean, prejudiced, and racist. So, the people who are getting the free stuff have been convinced they need to hate the people who are paying for the free stuff by the people who are forcing some people to pay for their free stuff and giving them the free stuff in the first place. So, the people getting the free stuff have threatened to riot if they don’t get more free stuff, and the people paying for the free stuff are now, in effect, paying “Protection” money in the form of free stuff to the people/mob receiving the free stuff.
We have let the free stuff giving go on for so long that there are now more people getting free stuff than there are people paying for the free stuff. Failure to change that spells the end of the United States as we know it, and our Democracy will join all previous Democracies in the dust bin of history.
Now understand this. All great democracies have committed financial suicide somewhere between 200 and 250 years after being founded. The reason? The voters figured out they could vote themselves money from the treasury by electing people who promised to give them money from the treasury in exchange for electing them. The United States officially became a Republic in 1789, just 224 years ago, so we all know what’s in store for us.
As there are now more people in this country getting free stuff than there are people who pay for the free stuff, this situation can’t be changed by the people who pay for the free stuff voting for it to stop. To add to this dilemma, the people who are getting the free stuff are now attempting to bring illegal aliens into this country and give them the vote so they can vote for free stuff for themselves.
At this point, the people receiving the free stuff will never vote to stop receiving the free stuff, and the people paying for the free stuff don’t have enough votes to stop it, so it will continue. In the very near future, the people paying for the free stuff will be fiscally unable to continue to pay for the free stuff. What happens then? Surely, the people paying for the free stuff realize this situation can’t continue and are preparing for the dark days ahead. That’s probably why there’s now a shortage of weapons and ammunition in this country, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has purchased billions of rounds of hollow-point ammunition along with fully automatic weapons and armored personnel carriers, and Obama along with the people getting the free stuff are desperately trying to disarm the people who are paying for the free stuff. Do the people receiving the free stuff really believe the people paying for the free stuff can be forced to continue to pay for the free stuff at the point of a gun?
As in the old Chinese curse, “May you live in interesting times,” things are about to get very “interesting” in this country. I hope you and your family are prepared.
if would probably be prudent to beleive that at any moment, someone is working on a carefully crafted plan to come in and shoot up any given school at any given time, and prepare to meet that threat.

My fear is that someone “at the top” might someday, for nefarious reasons, cut off the flow of cash to those receiving the free stuff. The repercussions would be swift and horrible, as entire cities would burn.
Much as I’d love to see most (if not all) of the “takers” yanked off the teat, such a move must be done carefully or all hell will break loose. Charity is not one of the enumerated powers in the Constitution, so we shouldn’t be engaged in it.
