Welcome back, Kathy!

This morning, I exited the gas station with loads of room behind me, the light turned yellow, and I came to a stop. This guy came up behind me and almost rear-ended me - and had the nerve to blow his horn at me. From D.C. - probably doesn't know about the stop-light cameras. I probably saved the nimrod $75.00 and he didn't even thank me!

And there it should be! This hangs on my wall - sorry for the poor quality of the photo - I just shot it sitting here at the computer>

Hello from Idaho!

GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!
SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!
PRAY FOR OUR TROOPS!

Weather is a month ahead for us this year. Up to 80 during the day and night varies....30 to 48.

Fredd got his shots today..(for those who don’t know about Fredd, yes he is a dog!)

He wasn’t pleased. He is allergic to soy, just like Tasha was.

He has put on weight and he doesn’t know it yet but he is on a diet!!!

Good evening, Idaho...((HUGS))...80 is just TOO hot!

It is trying here, as well, to get into the 80s. We will melt. LOL!

Thanks for your always support of our troops.

Poor Fredd....did he get a treat for being good? Has he been chasing squirrels? Catch any?

What are the chances of both your doggies being allergic to the same thing...WOW!

Boy, I couldn’t agree with you more. Everyday there is something new and disturbing. We are being run by a bunch of corrupt thugs.

That's what I'm looking to get for my Dad...a shadow box. I faxed all the requested paperwork to the VA yesterday. His ashes will be interred at Fort Richardson National Cemetery on August 2nd.

I’m sitting here chuckling.....whoever wrote these directions has not tried to follow them.

Directions from nearest airport:
From the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport take West International Airport Road approximately four miles to the New Seward Highway (doesn’t go through to NEW Seward....turn on OLD Seward). Make a left on New Seward Highway and travel approximately one mile to Tudor Road. Turn right on Tudor Road. Travel approximately seven miles and make a right turn onto New Glenn Highway north (Tudor and Glenn Highway run parallel). Go approximately four miles on Glenn Highway and take the Ft. Richardson/Arctic Valley exit. Turn left and proceed to the guard’s gate. You will then be on D Street. Follow D Street 1 1/2 miles to 6th Street and turn right on 6th Street. Follow 6th Street 1/4 mile to the T intersection and turn right on Davis Highway. Travel one mile; the cemetery will be on your left.

I hope those with GPS get better directions. d:o)

1330 Alaska Daylight Time, 1730 on the east coast, August 2nd.

My sister and one brother will be here. The youngest, my brother in Houston, probably will not make it. He had surgery to reattach his retina...left eye..this morning. He has already had 3 retinal reattachment procedures on his right eye.

My Mom will let a few of their friends know the date and time.
