I qualified a retired IRS agent at our gun club a few years ago. He wanted to avoid qualifying by claiming our then policy of exempting leo’s. We refused him and his gun handling skills were horrendous.
He was an armed IRS agent in TN. He said he needed to be armed for his IRS work and that lots of IRS were armed.
